The short version: your files are end-to-end encrypted and we cannot read them. Here's the rest, in plain language.
What we can't see
File contents, file names, and folder structures are encrypted on your device before upload with keys only you hold. We store ciphertext. We cannot decrypt it, and neither can our storage provider.
What we collect
- Account basics: email address, billing status.
- Service metadata: encrypted-blob sizes, timestamps, and device identifiers needed to run backup and billing.
- Diagnostics you opt into: crash reports and performance metrics.
What we don't do
- No selling data. No advertising. No third-party trackers on this site.
- No content scanning — we couldn't if we wanted to.
